The ASPCA Right Horse program strives to massively increase horse adoption through smart matchmaking. If you’re considering bringing a horse into your life, we hope you will consider finding your right horse through adoption. Whatever your wants and needs, the right horse is out there. We’ll help you find them at one of our ASPCA Right Horse Adoption Partners, the incredible shelters and rescues across the country working collaboratively to help more horses each year.

While each shelter operates independently and fulfills its own non-profit mission and vision, our Partners work together to share best practices, increase adoptions, and support each other. Meet the organizations we work with and find the Adoption Partners closest to you. We believe the #RightHorse is never in the wrong place; if you want to adopt a distanced horse on myrighthorse.org, we may be able to help transport them to a Partner facility closer to your home.
